Last night in a frinzy to find something yummy and chocolaty to eat, I decided to make my brother take me to Whole Foods in Reston, VA to get some Gluten-Free Ice Cream. As we were waiting in line to pay for the Ice Cream, my brother informed me of free samples, 'and look, they're Gluten-Free!' I turned around to see a display of cookie samples and the gentleman behind the table asked if I liked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Wided-eyed I said 'YES!' He then asked if I was gluten-free and again I answered 'Yes!' To my surprise when he handed me two Chocolate Chip, Gluten-Free Cookies (of which I refused to share with my brother) and I took a bite, my eyes filled with delight!! After being on the Gluten-Free Diet for over a month, the Good Lord Shined a light on by far, some of the most yummiest Gluten-Free Cookies Ever!!!!' The recipe GENIUS of your company has made it that much easier to want to be on this sometimes frustrating diet!!

Your baked goods were a hit with all of the family this holiday. Both the apple and pumpkin pies were a perfect addition to our Thanksgiving table (as was the cornbread stuffing cubes). But hands down, the 2 big favorites were your cinnamon/pecan coffee cake and carrot cake!! They were outstanding! You have a gift!!

The cheesecake was one of the best I've ever had. Wonderful. The UVA cake, as I pointed out, was a big hit at the party. The cake itself was excellent and whatever that mousse-type inner layer was really was tasty.

I am so glad you are doing what you do! Your cookie dough, which I get at Good Foods, makes my life so much easier. I am taking cookies my son can eat to Thanksgiving tomorrow, but no one will know! I just ate one myself...

My mother was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in June 2007, and after many recipes and food that tasted abysmal we resigned ourselves to the fact that she would never taste a good cookie, cake, or basically any kind of baked goods ever again. That was until we drove by 3 Fellers Bakery one day. Intrigued my mother stopped in and bought some of the gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

I cannot tell you all the joy that overcame my mother when she was telling me about this bakery. She claimed that these cookies could fool my gluten eating tongue. She took me to this bakery, and bought 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies. As soon as I entered the car, I dove into the box and ate 3 cookies. These are the BEST cookies I have EVER tasted gluten free or glutinous. I cannot stop eating them! Even my fifteen month old daughter loves them, as soon as she sees a cookie she comes running yelling "YUMMMMM." I would just like to thank everyone at 3 Fellers Bakery. I recently found out that I also have Celiac Disease. Knowing that there is a place like this bakery with wonderful baked goods makes the idea of a gluten free diet so much easier to handle. Thank you all for your hard work, and awesome cookies.

WOW!!!!! As the gluten free mother of the bride, I was DELIGHTED with the groom's cake and y'all need to know that the cake was scrumptious and the icing was light, with just the right amount of sweetness.

I would first like to say that I normally don't eat gluten free food. However when I visit my family in Virginia my best friend and my niece are gluten free. I have tasted and eaten many gluten free sweets and treats. They all don't taste that good. However on my last trip to Virginia, I had the pleasure of eating more than one of the chocolate chip cookies you make. I just have to say they are the best cookies I have ever tasted. They remind me of an old fashioned cookie that likely was a recipe from long ago. Likely I would order the cookie dough online, my husband is a big fan too. Keep up the great work you all do there for the gluten free sweet tooth's and other things you make.

I am not a big fan of commercial cake icing because it is generally too sweet and too heavy. You found the right balance with the flavors and textures of that cake! You deserve to know that your efforts were appreciated and we surely will recommend your bakery to others! I must write and tell you how much my family and I (even those who are NOT gluten intolerant!!) are enjoying your baked goods. As you know, I ordered a Boston Cream Pie for my birthday -- it was amazing and if I hadn't told anyone -- no one would have known it was gluten-free! The cookie dough mixes already prepared and stored in the freezer are so convenient and so delicious as well. Again -- EVERYONE eats them not just my daughters and I who are gluten intolerent.We also got a coconut cream layer cake and it is in the freezer until Easter -- we can't wait to try it. We are so glad to have found you especially for those special occasions when we so typically celebrate with our favorite desserts. I don't know if I mentioned to you or not but I am a nutritionist and counsel individuals who are gluten intolerent/celiac quite frequently. I just wanted to write really quickly and say thank you so much for the delicious pies. They are amazing!! Last Thanksgiving I was so down because I was unable to eat pumpkin pie. Since I was a child, my most favorite part of Thanksgiving was eating pumpkin pie. I was so disappointed last year when we were unable to find a pie crust that didn't have some sort of nut in it. For my husband's recent "important" birthday party I purchased one dark chocolate cake and one fruit tart from 3 Fellers. Both desserts were HUGE hits for all 15 guests! I was the only gluten-free one in the group, but Ms. Feller's products are so versatile that they are universally popular. She can prepare food products that are delicious and safe for those on gluten-free, nut-free, or dairy-free diets.
